We take the first 30 days to meet your team, strategize on our work together, collect brand assets and brand kits, set up accounts and logins as needed, get access to your Shopify store and apps... there's a lot of prep work!
▶️ What is your cancellation/refund policy?
You can cancel at any time. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our services, so we don't do contracts. If you love us, we'll stick around! The only thing we ask out of courtesy to our team is please give us 30 days notice (if possible). For context, most clients stay with us over a year, many times multiple years. The industry standard is about 60-90 days. We do not offer refunds.
▶️ Will We Get Face-to-Face Time?
Yes! If you want it! Typically, we meet once a month. Expect these meetings to be no longer than 45 minutes. We will come to the meetings prepared with the most informative data to prepare accordingly for the following month, and all you have to do is give us the thumbs up or tweak as you like. We truly believe in taking major time and effort off your hands so you can focus on the things that matter to you.
▶️ Can You Rebuild My Website?
This is a per-client case. In some cases, in order for us to help you grow it might require a site redesign. This is a custom project that typically costs between $3-5k and takes 2-4 weeks.
